Saraswathi pooja SHRI PANCHAMI Saraswathi, the Goddess of learning, is worshipped on Vasanth Panchami day. Our Prakashites seek the blessings of Goddess Saraswathi to get enlightened with knowledge. The ritual of initiating education to children is known as Akshar – Abhyasam which is one of the famous rituals of Vasanth Panchami. The children kept their educational resources near the statue of Goddess Saraswathi for ceremonial worship. They rendered slokas with festive fervour. The prasadam was offered around. It was a joyous and memorable occasion for our children.
